This company has lost its values, they are not the fastest, and more reliable ever! I send a package 1-23-26 on Friday from Middleton to Sacramento/CA it is still waiting somewhere in Chicago! No one knows where exactly it is, no one cares if it’s an emergency situation!!! If you are smart you would take a lesson from my experience and look for other options.
I mailed a package that was guaranteed for overnight delivery at this location. I paid $130 for a very small package to get there the next day. It did not arrive until three days later and I cannot get my money back. This location is saying that they have no control over that and that I have to through the national FedEx. The national representative say that “they have suspended refunds for guaranteed delivery”.
