The store says it's open, and the schedule says it closes at 7 p.m. At 6 p.m. I go in and they say they're closed. What bad service!

The customer service at this location has declined significantly. This used to be our go-to store for business orders, but due to an unprofessional employee, we now take our business to the Ridgedale location. If precision and accuracy matter to you, we recommend choosing a different FedEx Office
Great to work with and very knowledgeable. Every order that our company has done through them has been great and they are always very responsive. Absolutely great customer service. Highly recommend working with them
Customer service was good however; lack of knowledge of how scanner/printer works might be important when working for a printing business. And price to scan to email is outrageous. .50 per side. Nope. Next!
