Caution Folks: Google Maps took me to a Walgreens for FedEx. Don't do it! If you spend your time parking & wandering around the store, it is by the photo area & is NOT a full service FedEx location ! ! ! No one there knew anything about FedEx. Continue winding thru the parking lots on Carson St past Chipotle, etc & a myriad of strip mall business to the south end of this grouping of buildings & you will see the real, full service FedEx on the right (if you're wandering around the parking lots like I was looking for the place... read more
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful every time I been there.
By far one of the best FedEx stores I’ve been to. Especially compared to the UPS in Elk River (which I had experienced many times poor customer service with the lady having so much attitude towards the people before me and then I experienced too). I tend to have the same two employees assist me, one is the store manager and another is a guy with glasses. They are always kind and thorough. I have not experienced any attitude or poor customer service from this location. So this is my go to store!
I always have a great experience at the Elk River FedEx, and a big reason is Roberta! She is incredibly kind, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help. Whether I have a simple shipping question or a more complicated request, she takes the time to make sure everything is handled with care and a smile. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Roberta, for making every visit such a positive experience! Highly recommend this FedEx location.
