Max was pleasant & knowledgeable. He wrapped up the laptop I was returning so effortlessly in the box. I had been extremely nervous that I would go in and be asked a lot of questions about what box I wanted. (I just moved and I'm on box and wrapping purgatory) It was such a great experience. Convenient location in elk River to where I was already going easily accessible. I did not see wheelchair parking now, but it might’ve been on the other side of me and I just couldn’t see it.
