Please stop setting my package right outside of my garage door where I can easily back out and hit the package. My front porch is 10 feet further and every other delivery service manages to walk the extra few steps to put outside my front door.
I just want to give a shout out to Lee Ann and Berta at this Fed Ex location. I print everything from large blueprints, to business cards and everything in between. I use the print and go option often, and have also made MANY personal items such as Fat Heads for my kids sports teams and have multiple items laminated here as well. Needed some copies made for an event. I went to pick up the copies the next day and was happily surprised to see they even cut all of them to size for me!!! Thank you! Highly recommend them for printing needs.
I can’t stand companies that don’t have a direct line to the store. I just wanted to speak to a person at the store but all I could get is a virtual assistant or a call center.
