No issues here. I came in about an hour before they closed, emailed Cheyenne the picture I wanted printed out (13.5x40 panoramic photo), she mocked up want I wanted, the print was ready by 10am'ish the next day to pick up. Price was as quoted.. I'd go back.

I had an amazing experience at this FedEx location! Shaun was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from the moment I walked in. He made the entire process of me getting my blueprints printed the same day as I had a deadline to meet quick and easy. Everything was done with professionalism and a smile. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommend this location for all your business needs!
I’ve had a few encounters with a younger male staff member at this location, and each time, he came across as rude and dismissive. Even asking a basic question about the printers seemed to irritate him, and his tone made me feel like I was bothering him or being talked down to. It was uncomfortable enough that I now try to avoid this location. I hope the management addresses customer service training.
We had a last-minute need to print large construction plans, and Shaun at the FedEx store completely saved the day! He was incredibly helpful, quick, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. We’re super grateful for his hard work and excellent service — thank you, Shaun!
