Hours say open at 9a.m. Doors are locked at 9:23a.m, lights are off. Went to pickup a package that was marked undeliverable due to address. Address is correct and had been shipped to before by this company. Now I have to wait because of work and am receiving this significantly later because no one has opened the center and they are closed Sundays.
Dropped off a package and forgot to grab my receipt. Called in and spoke with Susana* (not sure on the spelling) to get the information I needed in regards to tracking.
Screwed up the passport photo (just plain took the photo wrong), for the rush passport FedEx itself sold me - then when the photo was rejected, they charged me again to send the replacement overnight shipment to DC.
They helped me with every question and have great customer service. Even though it was late it felt like they genuinely wanted to help.
