Albert was super helpful! I had a huge return to ship and was given 1 label, and he made it happen.
Expensive! I paid more for shipping than what I actually shipped. I paid $15 for a box. Not returning here.
Do not, under any circumstances, use FedEx for any services. I have been attempting to receive a package for nearly a week. In that time, I have spent over an hour on the phone with their support, and have received contradictory information each time. I have been told by their automated system that the package was in route to my address, only to be told less than five minutes later by a support technician that it is being held at their warehouse which is inaccessible from my apartment.
