Computers are so slow – went there to print out two boarding passes and it took over 25 minutes. Internet connection is extremely slow. Go somewhere else .

Terrible Service – I used to think that these chains had good service throughout all of their stores. However, this Kinko's center is particularly bad. On more than one occasion they have lost my order. I understand that submitting things online is not foolproof. However, I expect a service based instituion to assist me in getting the problem fixed. The last time I used this particular branch, they did not finish the print job, already charged my credit card, and told me simply that I needed to call corporate to get my money... read more
