Avoid this FedEx Location at ALL COST!!! Negatives stars – Avoid this FedEx AT ALL COST. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I went in to ship a bike that was professional packed by a local Castle Rock bike store. I was told that my box was unfit for shipping the bike and that I needed to buy $15 worth of peanuts and bubble rap. I can tell you bikes ship all day long from Europe and China with no such added waste. My bike was already rapped in foam and cardboard on tubes, etc. It gets worse. I had the... read more
