The staff is helpful and polite. Convient location. A variety of other businesses around making it easy to get in get out, and continue any shopping you might need to do. Stay away from this location, it is manned by people who don't care about their clients. Last week on January 8th, 2025, my wife dropped off an important shipment there at their kiosk. Today, January 17th 2025 I received a call from the person that was waiting on this shipment. They asked if I ever mailed it. I said yes, of course. I then ran the tracking number to find out it was never shipped. I called my wife at work to find out exactly where she left it in their store. She told me it was in the kiosk.
