WILL NOT TAKE LIVE ANIMALS no matter what location of fedex offices you go to this is a terrible attribute to their store and for me to be able to ship them I’d have to drive an hour away & and hour back and deal with non needed headaches and talk to a 1-800 number just because you can’t do your job
What’s with the new employee making you scan your package in and bring it to her? Aren’t they getting paid to pull the little trigger on their scan tool? Absolutely lazy!
Great customer service especially by the store manager. They make sure you have your options and work with you to provide the best result for your shipment or project.
