What’s with the new employee making you scan your package in and bring it to her? Aren’t they getting paid to pull the little trigger on their scan tool? Absolutely lazy!

Would not ship my daughter air rifle that she uses for her High school Navy JROTC. They said it was hazardous but could not explain why. This is not the first issue I have with this location, but it will be the last. I will ship with anyone but Fed ex from now on!!! Horrible business practice.
100% avoid. literally put us in tears by saying they'll mishandle a package because it was packaged exactly how we were told to package it...
