I went in to do a facts and did not know how to work their machine and although a customer showed me how to use it I still had to ask questions and they were very kind and helpful. 5 stars easy!!
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WHICH COSTED A LOT. THE PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY MORNING. THIS FEDEX OFFICE LOST MY PACKAGE IN THE STORE AND BY THE END OF THE WEEK WHEN FOUND THE PACKAGE WAS SENT OUT AT A LATER TIME AND DATE! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND WHICH STILL HASN'T HAPPENED AND IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
2 times I come to print off 2 noncolored papers and was still charged $2.50 surcharge and then the fee on top of that. I get it if I’m printing out a lot of things but two clicks shouldn't be $3…

Always had a good experience at this store. I use it for large format printing and scanning. Well run by helpful staff. Much appreciated.
