SCAM!! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION !! Those scambags charged me almost $400 just to receive packages! They charge handling fees per POUND! After a few months of fighting with the corporate fedex, I was able to return that money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
I asked for the cost upfront and was told it was 25 dollars to ship. However, when it came time to pay, I was told there was a 10 dollar surcharge since it was located inside the hotel. If there are extra charges be upfront about it. I would have gone elsewhere. Disingenuous.
I could not be more pleased with the service at this location! I had 15 heavy boxes shipped here and Quentin went above and beyond bringing them downstairs and loading them in my car. Thank you!!!
İ shouldve known that this was not a fedex to go based on reviews.. they want to charge extra on top of your shipping fee which makes no sense
