Angela and maddison were awesome! 5 stars all around for those 2 ladies! Wonderful job! Gonna have my business for a while. I will recommend to my family that lives there! I was visiting them for a bit but whenever I go back, I will ALWAYS use FedEx as long as Angela and maddison are working there! Great ladies!
The customer service and staff’s attitude are really good😍 I love Fedex
I just ran into Angela at this location! She is my all time favorite staff member! She is the interim manager and if FedEx corporate is smart they will place her as a permanent manager. She goes above and beyond to help and make your order perfect! Eventually she would be a fantastic district manager and even trainer. Her standards are amazing! She deserves to be making decisions for the company!
The worst customer experience I have ever received. I can't believe Madison is in customer service position. He has no idea what it means to be.
Today’s experience was quite disappointing for me. The staff was not familiar with the international service to China. Last time, I was able to send the same type of documents to China without any issues, but this time, she insisted that I must fill out an EEI. Following her advice, I called FedEx customer service, and they clearly stated that an exemption code could be used instead.
