The store manager Jared went above and beyond to problem solve getting package shipped to Canada. His system wasn’t working but he made a few calls and figured out how to get it shipped. Really appreciated the help!
If you are a novice to printing, I would heavily recommend this store! Jared, the store manager, is very patient and super helpful! I had some issues with a print we did, but I phoned in and Jared very kindly offered to reprint, no questions asked. Thank you very much!
It is ridiculous trying to call a local office at FedEx. When you get a computer-generated AI voice that will not listen to you. And you keep trying to get the local office and speak to a real human being. They do this on purpose. It's very frustrating. I think they don't want the business.
