I tried printing something at home for over an hour. Couldn't get the margins right, then I ran out of ink. I uploaded the files to FedEx online but coupdnt get it to load. I called the store several times and Robby was beyond patient and understanding. He assured me that he could help and advised me to come in. I did indeed go in and he was able to help me. He showed me what it would look like when printed, double checked the sizing and paper. He never rushed me or seemed irritated. Real customer service is hard to come by ... read more

Had my wine shipment sent to this Fed Ex office and will do again. Didn’t have to be home to sign for. Employees were quick and efficient and brought the 2 cases to my car. Thank you.
