Great customer service! Juan made sure I have the right prints for my online order. Print quality is very good; communication was clear regarding the order status. Overall, very good experience at this location!
Rude employees no personality or customer service skills. I went here to ship some thing on behalf of my business on January 9, 2025. I was asked for my drivers license and was not explained to me why they required a drivers license to send something. Apparently it is used as a courtesy to the employees so they don’t have to type in all the shipping information as I stated I was shipping something on behalf of my business. On 10/12/24 at approximately 11:45 am I went to FedEx South Broad St, Meriden for send some stuff. FedEx employee was horrible person and I received worst, worst, and worst customer service ever. Employee asked me questions and before I gave answers she was making rude comments. I left FedEx without sending anything and I went to Post Office. I hope this employee only came to work for today in Meriden.
Manager must have been having a bad day. Not friendly at all and I had to wait in my car for 30 mins while she was on break. Been coming here for weeks to mail stuff with free label. She insisted prior Manager was handling incorrectly (against policy) and therefore was fired so she charged me $6 to ship. So now I’m out $6 and 30 minutes of time waiting and all I got in return was a lousy attitude.
I have been to this location several times , we send packages for our business through this location , it is after many experiences with AIXA , the one employee at this location who is extremely unfriendly ,rude and seems to have ZERO customer service ability . These continued negative experiences with this ONE person are what led me to leave this review ...
