If you want to meet some arrogant black people with a bad attitude that don’t care to help the costumer, then take a trip to Madison Mississippi and stop by the fed ex print and ship center. As soon as you walk to the door you will smell of marijuana so you know they are high.
Fed ex delivered 3 out of 4 tires. They delayed the 4th one on their own 3 times in a row. When I called them and asked for a supervisor, they said supervisors only speak to high priority customers. Aren’t all customers a priority? Think twice before you use their services. I would recommend ups hands down. While I was on the phone with them. They then told me they delayed the package once again for 7-14 more days! So if your sending a loved one a gift this holiday, steer clear of this riff raff of a company!
