Made an online order, they say it will be ready Monday. They call me and say that the service on the site was wrong and that the soonest they can deliver it is Wednesday because I asked for specific material (gator board). Fine, Wednesday comes and goes. Thursday they call and say that the order is damaged and is being express remaid to be ready Friday. Friday comes and goes. Saturday I finally get a call that it is ready. Delivered a package to the wrong address. I filed a claim and submitted proof that wherever my expensive package was left, it was NOT my porch. In the delivery photo they’d provided, it showed a bright green door (which I provided evidence of). My house has a doormat, white door and large chair on my porch (which I provided evidence of). I was gaslit into being told my claim couldn’t be founded because they delivered to the correct address. I never got my package and not only was my time wasted, but also my money. They completely disregard the fact that I was in line and helped 3 other people before helping me. To bad I can't give 0 stars. This woman named Chasidy and two other women were working at the time.
Every time I come here, the women who work here have an attitude, very standoffish. Even when I do the printing and scanning myself, or simply hand them a box, which requires minimal effort on their part, they act as if I’m inconveniencing them. Please do better.
If you want to meet some arrogant black people with a bad attitude that don’t care to help the costumer, then take a trip to Madison Mississippi and stop by the fed ex print and ship center. As soon as you walk to the door you will smell of marijuana so you know they are high.
