Alan is the bomb.
While it pains me to leave such a poor review, this is by far the slowest and least efficient FedEx store in the valley. Dropping off packages here is always a slow process requiring a ridiculous amount of patience, and I often find myself ignored by the (many) employees staffing the location when I enter. Recommend going to a different FedEx location for your shipping needs.

Do not go here because the old man is rude ! He gets mad and very lazy to explain for the product . I tried to print my programs but never explained and he just told me that please read the instructions with aggressive voice ! Thanks a lot
