FedEx is the WORST delivery service ever!!! You guys need to get it together and do better! I am so tired of tracking not working, delayed packages , or you guys not scanning packages in between locations! Also I have had drivers leave sensitive, fragile packages out in the rain with no care whatsoever! DO BETTER!!!
The store manager Brandon, is very professional attentive, compassionate and pleasant.
Mark was incredibly helpful!! I had a quick drop off but his energy was so warm. Very easy for us to drag through days, but that was not him. Unexpectedly brightened my day. Glad I met him and thankful for his help!
