I recently received a package requiring a signature and it was such a pain to actually get it delivered. After the first delivery attempt I tried to change the delivery method or put a hold but it takes 24 hours for a change to happen so of course they tried to deliver it at the house again at the same time of day I wasn't there to receive it the day before. The expensive item I ordered was supposed to be here December 22, it has been at their facility since the 22nd, they told me it is still on a truck at their facility unsorted because of the weather which was a lie because I live in the same damn city and it’s been 50 degrees and sunny! So, I've been without my phone for a week now for different technical reasons. This last time was because the battery sent to me was bad. A new one was sent overnight to me but the fedex express guy parks across the street from my house.
