Lovely people. Great customer service from start to finish
Most incompetent drivers I have ever experienced, I was told twice within the same day that a delivery what’s attempted, but was unable to because my apartment was closed, but when I went downstairs to confirm, my leasing office was very much open and able to accept deliveries.
Very disappointed with this FedEx location. I went in to ship a box with toner cartridges, and the staff refused to help, saying the items “might be hazardous,” which is not true. Toners are not hazardous, and I’ve shipped them many times before without any issue. Instead of checking or finding out the correct information, they just turned me away. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge.
Quick to drop off packages! Just the parking is odd. Everyone parks on an angle so when you want to get out, you turn into the drive thru of Starbucks. Planned?
