They are far superior to USPS or UPS, they really helped getting time sensitive material out fast that USPS totally messed up on, and all for only $9.75, they are my go to shipper. Plus they open an hour earlier than USPS
My father just passed away and I had to fax some information to two different locations and mail an oversized envelope to another. The girl behind the counter wore a mask( which is her right) but then she mumbled and I had to ask her to repeat herself constantly. I couldn't understand a lot of what she said but I simply quit asking her to repeat herself. She came over to the fax machine to assist me but it felt like a total chore for her. Very friendly staff. I was able to pick up my printed documents and ship out a parcel in less than 15 minutes. Hands down the best FedEx location experience I've had here in ABQ. Will be using this location for printing and shipping in the future. Ty! 😊 🙏
