Denise was a Super Star in helping and completing a print order. She found some mis-cuts on some cards and took a couple to make everything right. It is nice to see some take an interest in providing a good service and taking pride in her work. It was Greatly Appreciated!
Sent parcel to Canada, paid $80 and doubled checked twice with cashier if the recipient will have to pay separate tax. Asked to file the cost of presents, but they didn’t let me to file any papers, they played that they know everything better. Both cashiers were reassuring me with their “expert opinion” that the recipient won’t have to pay anything. Anyway today got a text from my relative that FedEx sent a bill $40. Fedex is Price gauging and its disgusting and not helpful staff at all. Will not recommend shipping anything of urgency.
Terrible customer service. The Supervisor would not even provide me with resources or phone numbers to wheee to get help!
