Decorative packaging. I want nicer packaging (nice box and tissue paper) for a lady friend's gift shipped from europe. Hoping against hope, I called FedEX. FedEX does everything so well and is so dependable. Eric in Post Falls attempted to help me and I believe, went above and beyond to do so. I appreciate that and hence, this report.
