They were nice, but should not advertise passport photos. I took my kids, they sat nicely for pictures (miracle of miracles we got my two year old to hold still and look at the camera), and then over the course of another half an hour to forty-five minutes they told me they had shadows and had to redo almost all of them. Quick and efficient.
I came in, right before closing, with a ridiculously heavy package, and no return shipping label. Emily got me a cart and Anna made the return ridiculously easy for me and was so kind. Will be back because of the respect and kindness. Appreciate these wonderful women and the customer service.
