Michael rocked every part of this job! He was friendly and polite on the phone and email, and knocked the job out in an extremely tight deadline. S+++ I couldn't recommend this location more! :)
First time in store and it was a great alternative to USPS for shipping. Employee was super friendly and would definitely recommend their services!
Just as you can see from other reviews starting from the manager that lies to customers after we’ve come to him over several complains about them up charging us and he’s told us that it was Etsy when the owner of our company finally come in and confronted him he got hostile along with another lady telling us that he’s told us after lying to several of our people in our company. If you’re company I suggest you not going to this shipping facility.
The manager was unhelpful shipping my package. Thankfully the other employee was competent.
Nothing but admiration for the service I received here while trying to mail a package to Canada. The staff here is very professional, kind, and friendly.
