The guy working here assured me he would put fragile stickers on my package I was shipping for my father's birthday because its a handmade gift. My gift arrived damaged and had no fragile stickers on it. Poor work ethic with no consideration to a simple customer request, especially considering there was no one in there when I was there. I was optimistic that FedEx would be better than USPS but clearly they are not. The manager was horrible. We brought the ID and he still wouldn’t give us our package. We were at this FedEx for just about over an hour and had to call the supervisors who told him to release the package and he still wouldn’t. Just about the roughest FedEx and package pick up I have experienced.
The manager chris gave us the hardest time i do not recommend this place and i am hoping there will be a new manager or a change of policy. More up to date training on how to deal with customers is a must for this place. I am very very dissatisfied with the service here. More specifically, he was unwilling to cooperate with the supervisor at fedex when asked to release the package. We wasted over 2 hrs here due to his egotistical hold on his outdated policies.
