I Paid a lot of money for overnight delivery. And after stating 11-3:30 delivery time, then 8pm. Now the next day. The package is at the fed ex location. Absolute horrible service. I want a refund as I would have never paid the ridiculous amount for overnight delivery with this kind of incompetency. They make it so you jump through so many hoops and can’t address issues. Use UPS. You will thank me.
