Overnight shipping? Yeah okay. Where's my refund?
To start off I use Fed Ex to print all my research posters when traveling for conferences. Sometimes I have last minute changes and need the poster reprinted right before catching a plane. Every other location I have been to has been great. I have no problem paying the priority fee and waiting a couple hours. However this morning I placed an order and waited until the shop opened up at 12. I called inquiring about a print job by 6 p.m and the girl working proceeded to tell me no very rudely. Self service computers will give unlimited captchas on the internet browser to prove you're not a robot. I spent 7 minutes trying to get through the captchas and gave up after it was basically scamming me out of money by the minute.
They go out of their way to help.
Horrible customer service everytime I come here Ladies at the desk will not help you in any way. Self print machines are half broken. Do not come here
