Store Manager Red is great, super helpful and fast.
Terrible customer service. I was ignored several times when I ask for help. I was quoted one price and then charged a different one. And she argued with me and debated even though she told me a specific price first. She was rude and degrading. She asked my boyfriend why don't you know how to email. After he asked her for help. Reed is always extremely helpful and kind. Goes above and beyond to help. Always a pleasant experience.
I very much love FedEx, especially when it comes to printing and faxing. This location especially has an women clerk that is just very sour and overall refuses to assist anyone. The location out 202 is so friendly and helpful. I encourage anyone that seeks FedEx, do NOT go to the 12th location.
