⭐ Very disappointing experience! I went to FedEx to print one simple black-and-white page. Once again, the self-service machine claimed that my file on the USB drive was password-protected, which was not true. When an employee opened the same file on their computer, it worked perfectly fine with no password. Here’s the ridiculous part: self-service printing costs $0.25, but the employee charged me $2.95 to print the same page! That’s an enormous price difference for one simple black-and-white print. Don't use this place! My husband told staff to ship me some keys with next day delivery. Dropped package off 9:30am Thursday. It took until Saturday morning for the package to leave Richmond. Horrible service.
Utterly sloppy service. Waited in line over 30 minutes to ship one item.
