Sent a item that weighed exactly 1.8 pounds only to get charged for a 17 pound item. A sleeping bag doesn't weigh 17 pounds unless your adding extra weight to the scale. Shameful.
The receptionist name Angel assisted me. She did a wonderful job definitely five stars, fast and convenient.
Fred assisted me in printing today. As he approached I said hello- he was silent in response. After he printed what I wanted he added a $17.00 charge because he assisted me. I asked for more info and he said if I printed it myself he wouldn’t have added the fee. I told him I was given no options nor told I could even do it myself. This is for a 2x3ft print job and there are ZERO signs or ANYTHING telling customers about the fee, how to use the printer, or anything. Really poor service and rude workers. Something at simple as scanning a QR code takes 35 minutes. It’s a shame
