Don't use this place! My husband told staff to ship me some keys with next day delivery. Dropped package off 9:30am Thursday. It took until Saturday morning for the package to leave Richmond. Horrible service.
Utterly sloppy service. Waited in line over 30 minutes to ship one item.
Went this morning to get pictures printed and both women there were not professional and had terrible customer service. I had trouble printing them out but didn’t want to bug them so I tried doing it myself but could not. Asked her if her day was going good and she said mhm and huffed and puffed the whole time. Should have just gone to the library.
