This place has terrible customer service.. the lady at the counter today gave me the entirely wrong receipt when I came in to return an item that Amazon forced me to return there. For YEARS literally I’ve been returning successfully and fast without any issues at UPS. I drove away as I had somewhere else to be.., THEN I noticed it. By the time I drove all the way back there the SAME customer was in there packaging up like 15 items into small bags for Amazon return..and when she was finally done, 5 people were standing in lin... read more
They are the absolute best. Their customer service is fantastic!!! Went out of their way to help me on several occasions. Definitely do not deserve the low rating based on my dealings with them over the last couple of years!!!!!
The customer service from that Afro-American lady is terrible no welcome no help and when you ask her that attitude!!! Spending most of her time with her friend talking instead of assisting customers
Customers service is very rude no respect at all
Is it normal for folks to look you in the eye as they lock the door at 3pm and hours are until 6pm? Got a HUGE eye roll from the older lady working when I simply needed to drop off a package. Another reason why I do NOT use FedEX.
