I had a good review a year ago about their service, but lately I see they have some new staff thats rude who lacks customer service skills. I put an order in through email for some car magnets and when I was notified by email to pick them up; the order was the wrong dimensions. Thom and another kind gentleman were so nice and assured me that my grandparents mugs would get safely to my sister before her wedding. And Thom wrapped it up so well that I felt like they were in great hands.. he understood how important these were to my family.. I know they did everything they could to make sure they were delivered safely. Thank you for being so gracious.
