The associate at the lake oswego office looked as if she had not showered in months. The copy machines were dirty and sanitized. The associate did nto advise that the copy charge for hand down is 2.49 per page making a copy job of just two copies approx 6 dollars. The employees ar not sanitizing teh machines regularly and they do not advise of the cost per copy of page which they claim is a hand down charge of 2.49 per page.
