Wouldn’t recommend. Refusal to provide services that’s advertised. Would recommend going to a different location or the UPS just down the road if possible… I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while. I use their packing services as it makes things a lot easier and cheaper. terrible service, broken equipment, wasted time. took 40 minutes to get five posters printed. at the end, when they finally offered to do it the fast way and that took 2 seconds ... incredibly infuriating. the condescending nature of the guy who kept trying to direct me back to the broken machine ... incredible. like another review said: it was like sketch comedy it was so overdone
I went here to have some prints done on cardstock in a pinch. Ashton was beyond helpful and efficient! He made sure to help my prints fit in the envelopes and got them done for me so fast! If I ever find myself needing prints again I will definitely be back!!
Outstanding employees who understood my requests and addressed all of my concerns expediently.
