Absolutely worst FedEx location in the DFW area. Terrible customer service with all employees being super rude, any packages I ship out end up lost go to literally any other location.
went today to ship a big box. was "" helped"" by david you are clearly bothering in the second you enter the store. he will shout at you telling he doesnt understand why people do not come with boxes that arent fully taped. honestly that is the worst service i had at fedex ever
The worst place that could exist, zero empathy... I don't recommend them at all. As soon as I arrived, I told him my package had to arrive the next day, and he said, "Okay," after I filled out a form he made me fill out, "it's his job to fill it out." After he made me do it, he told me it wouldn't arrive the next day. He should close this store. He hires incompetent people.
This location shows open, light and all but no one is there and the door is locked.
I will not be coming here again. I have come here to ship my quarterly shipment to my office for 10 years. Today, the clerk did not want to bother entering the information into the computer. Never happened at this Fedex before. I dont use Fedex to deal with a postal worker lazy attitude
