Quick in and out- lots of customers but no delay - great staff !
They do not print photos at this location- or at least thats what i was told even though this is a "print and ship" location
Absolute horrible customer service from Chantry or one of the gentleman currently working there (lady on phone told me his name), instead of being helpful got on the phone and proceeded to yell at me while one of my team members was there trying to send out some packages. Insisted that we send stuff a certain way when other Fedex's we go to don't do that, simple misunderstanding since there is no set precedence between fedex's but instead of helping decided to just yell about, "non negotiables bud". Came in for passport photos for my 13 month old and was told they don’t do photos for children unless they can “stand and be told what to do”. We were told I would not be able to get a passport photo in the area and that we would need a professional photographer to provide such a service. Went down the street to Walgreens and got a passport photo within minutes.
Needed a passport photo and it was fast and easy
