Regi was super helpful when I had to submit multiple online orders for printing. He kept in contact with me and ensured that everything was printed correctly and timely. This was the best customer service I have ever received from FedEx and it was all over the phone!
First I would like to say I was upset when I entered this store. Not at the employee but google maps for taking me to the wrong place, but I am here so now I am invested. Reggie was working and so nice and helpful and was able to get me what I needed. He was personable not transactional and smiled. Before I left, I done forgot why I was upset and he had me laughing. I appreciate you Reggie, there needs to be more people in customer service like you. They are lucky to have you.
The staff at the Belaire shopping center are the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever experienced, no more UPS or USPS for me if I can help it.
