Would have given Zero stars if I could have . The customer service people are no help, they don’t even know how to use the “self serve” equipment that you are oh so conveniently being charged for by the minute . RIP OFF
I went to two different FedEx Office stores today (Coon Rapids and Maple Grove, MN) I needed my tax returns and some financial documents scanned onto a flash drive. I was told by both places that they did not have time to do that, and my options were to scan them myself (not wanting to do it at home was the reason I was there willing to pay someone else) or leave the documents there overnight.
