The self serve printers are terrible quality. Prints turn out super bright. Took them to the counter to print better. Then they also charge surcharge. I paid almost in surcharge than the print itself. And they cut off my print. Ao now I gta go print all them again. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I would leave No Stars. Fed Ex has become horrible. The divers leave multiple apartments packages outside the building. I called Fed EX and they only asked me to deliver them. Good thing I am honest, it was the drivers responsibility. This has happened many times. Tuesday my package, medication was supposed to to be delivered after being delayed five days. I was recently at this location needing to mail a license application with a strict and old school system. The employee who assisted me was so helpful, she made a stressful process incredibly easy. In situations like these, you don’t always get the best customer service, which is why I’m very grateful!

I sent a package like 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived and they have it held and it's supposed to arrive on the fourth day, the worst shipping office
