What this store did is basically fraud. I shipped an expensive item, and it says it's stuck at a facility in Bend. Ok, well I have the receipt so I can use that number to file a claim right? Nope, you need the account number of the store that sent it. Ok, so call the store right? Nope, their number routes to the corporate line, who for some reason cannot tell me the account number of a specific store. Great service even as busy as they were right before Christmas
Sam was incredibly helpful! I observed all the staff being kind and helpful despite the holiday nonsense people bring with them.
The self serve printers are terrible quality. Prints turn out super bright. Took them to the counter to print better. Then they also charge surcharge. I paid almost in surcharge than the print itself. And they cut off my print. Ao now I gta go print all them again. Ill take my business elsewhere.
