I would leave No Stars. Fed Ex has become horrible. The divers leave multiple apartments packages outside the building. I called Fed EX and they only asked me to deliver them. Good thing I am honest, it was the drivers responsibility. This has happened many times. Tuesday my package, medication was supposed to to be delivered after being delayed five days. Takes forever to get prints done. No one here to help. Hate coming here these days
I was recently at this location needing to mail a license application with a strict and old school system. The employee who assisted me was so helpful, she made a stressful process incredibly easy. In situations like these, you don’t always get the best customer service, which is why I’m very grateful!
I sent a package like 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived and they have it held and it's supposed to arrive on the fourth day, the worst shipping office
They were clearly understaffed and backed up, but the employees managed to keep a great attitude which is rare these days. The people complaining had ample time to fill out a job application while in line if they were so concerned.
