I've come here twice in the last few months and their printers and fax machines just straight up don't work. Won't read USB drives. The fax option will make you wait 30 minutes just to charge your card and say that it failed. Sure you can ship a package but that's it at this store

Stopped in needing business cards formatted and printed instantly and Shannon happily assisted with all and even had me out of the door with cards in had in minutes! Best customer service and experience!
The Arvada library was closed so I came to Fed Ex and glad I did! There was a bit of an issue with with machine but Carissa saved the day! She was very helpful and took great care of me. I will be coming to see her for all of my printing needs from here on out!
