Worst customer service. Can never obtain package
Needed 2 5x7 photos printed. They dont have photo paper but they do have glossy card stock, which worked. Spent about $2 per print, about $4. total. Staff was very friendly, very helpful.
Fed ex is great normally, I love you guys for always delivering my packages but you need to improve your system for redirecting packages to fedex locations. It has happened twice now where I have a large package (4 pieces) and I call to get it redirected to a fedex location due to packages being stolen at my apartment, but instead of delivering all four to one place they will deliver the master package to the fedex location and the other three still get sent to my apartment?
