I give 3 stars because my prints were great and on time. Even the paper quality was fantastic. The deduction is for management. When I arrived to pickup my prints (scheduled) Wednesday morning, the place was PACKED. There was ONE employee working, and while he was extremely composed and professional, there is no reason someone should be left with this amount of workload and no help. A1 customer service. There was a line out the door but the staff had a smile and quickly helped everyone in line.
I always use this store as an independent service tech with frequent RMAs. These folks (especially Rochelle) are great dealing with packing up and shipping my crazy amounts of electronic devices to my most important client. I'm a frequent flyer here and I'll go out of my way to use this location because I know they're going to get me what I need for my business ops.
I had an excellent experience with a last-minute printing job, and Randy provided exceptional assistance. We truly appreciate his help.
