I submitted a big print job that was set to be done by tomorrow at 10, and I was sweating it because I had procrastinated and needed it for an appointment the next day at 1:00. I am so thankful FedEx worked ahead of that schedule because I was able to pick it up tonight. Thank you so much to the young woman there who made that happen. You are the best!
I pay more than 200 to get the delivery this week but it got 4 additional days, no updates, no compensation, is really bad experience

Fast and friendly
Horrible customer service. I took a package in to have sent back to the manufacturer. I had to buy a box to put the 2 items in which is ok and I provided the shipping label for the box. However the next day FedEx delivered the 2 boxes that were supposed to be sent back to my home rather then where they were supposed to go. They were also sent back just like I took them in 2 separate boxes so they didn't even package them and follow through for them to ship.
