Over all poor service
I give 3 stars because my prints were great and on time. Even the paper quality was fantastic. The deduction is for management. When I arrived to pickup my prints (scheduled) Wednesday morning, the place was PACKED. There was ONE employee working, and while he was extremely composed and professional, there is no reason someone should be left with this amount of workload and no help. Most customers will feel as I do — that clearly there’s an issue with hiring, retaining, or scheduling —- but some will not, and this pressure w... read more
