Horrible customer service. I took a package in to have sent back to the manufacturer. I had to buy a box to put the 2 items in which is ok and I provided the shipping label for the box. However the next day FedEx delivered the 2 boxes that were supposed to be sent back to my home rather then where they were supposed to go. They were also sent back just like I took them in 2 separate boxes so they didn't even package them and follow through for them to ship. Over all poor service
I give 3 stars because my prints were great and on time. Even the paper quality was fantastic. The deduction is for management. When I arrived to pickup my prints (scheduled) Wednesday morning, the place was PACKED. There was ONE employee working, and while he was extremely composed and professional, there is no reason someone should be left with this amount of workload and no help.
