Fast and friendly
Horrible customer service. I took a package in to have sent back to the manufacturer. I had to buy a box to put the 2 items in which is ok and I provided the shipping label for the box. However the next day FedEx delivered the 2 boxes that were supposed to be sent back to my home rather then where they were supposed to go. They were also sent back just like I took them in 2 separate boxes so they didn't even package them and follow through for them to ship.
