Poor Customer Service I placed several orders with fedexkinkos in Cambridge and the customer service was way below my expectations. One of my orders was four hours late and when I called to inquire, I was told the delivery truck got "stuck in traffic"
Poor Customer Service I placed several orders with fedexkinkos in Cambridge and the customer service was way below my expectations. One of my orders was four hours late and when I called to inquire, I was told the delivery truck got "stuck in traffic" This would have been okay but my office is about 5 minutes walking distance from fedexkinkos!!! The associate was very rude and never admitted that they were late in making my order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
An expensive place to make copies If you're looking to make standard black and white copies, Kinkos is one of the most expensive places in Cambridge. This location is acutally located just off Mass. Avenue, close to Harvard University, but it is too far if you make a ton of copies and then have to lug them to school. They also offer a wide-range of color copy services and can enlarge documents or photographs.
