Megan, the store manager, was very attentive to me each time when I inquired about printing booklets for our high school 40th class reunion. She was so patient with my many questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything published and printed was completed to perfection and done so very promptly. I would go back to this Algonquin location in a heartbeat for future productions. Megan, you're the best! Our Class of '85 thanks you, too.

Rude agent barking orders. How about "may I see your ID please". Don't tell me you have to scan my ID for a pick up. FedEx policy that is clearly on the website is that you need to check my name and date of birth (to determine I am an adult) and that is all if I wish not to scan my license. So don't lie to me and tell me if I don't scan I don't get the package. It was like dealing with a 3 year old. In the end, I did not scan and I have my package.

First time was in this location and the service by named employee Robert (if he did not lie about this too) was disgusting. 0 professionalism. Lied about that he can’t find my account with the phone number and he has no clue what is my account number after scanning my drivers license. Intentionally wrote the recipient name wrong even though I handed him the name written down on the paper, and get mad when i told him it is wrong with no intentions comparing what he put in the system and what is in the paper.
