I sent an image for printing to a local shop. Got a voicemail about concerns; they asked me to call back. I did, and got a robot that simply refused to put me through to the local store. After several tries, I gave up. I will not spend my money anywhere that insulates themselves with a layer of phone robots. *They* asked *me* to call back, but their system wouldn't let me. No help! I was in hurry. Guy was standing there on his cell !! There is reason I don’t fedex
Megan, the store manager, was very attentive to me each time when I inquired about printing booklets for our high school 40th class reunion. She was so patient with my many questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything published and printed was completed to perfection and done so very promptly. I would go back to this Algonquin location in a heartbeat for future productions. Megan, you're the best! Our Class of '85 thanks you, too.
