Staff is great and friendly. This fedex location charges a shipping / handling fee via THE OPRY. It’s the hotel charging the fee, not FedEx. And parking is not included so if you’re not a guest here, this is not a practical fedex for you. You can get a parking ticket for < 20 minutes and it’s free.. but if you miss the time, you’re paying $30-something bucks for parking. So unless you’re in a pinch, and you’re sending a small package and you don’t care about paying four dollars or something under a pound. I would avoid this ... read more
Charging a handling fee to drop off a package, not to mention customers who aren't guests of the hotel have to pay for parking. Seems like this would go against company policy
Great people. Super friendly and helpful. I needed a sheet of paper and they just gave me four at no cost.
Our company just completed a conference at the Opryland, and utilized this FedEx team often. Mark and Michael provided incredible customer service, even while dealing with FedEx delivery issues beyond their control. Mark was able to get me in touch with the distribution center and save our merch from limbo. While the service rates are higher at this location, the service can't be beat. Thanks team!
I had to ship a package to my daughter at the hotel and the item was received before the delivery time. I called the store since I was not sure if my daughter would be back to the hotel before the store closed. Mark who worked at the store was very helpful and we spoke a few times that day. He very gracefully stayed after hours so that she could receive the package. Thank you so much!!!
