I had to ship a package to my daughter at the hotel and the item was received before the delivery time. I called the store since I was not sure if my daughter would be back to the hotel before the store closed. Mark who worked at the store was very helpful and we spoke a few times that day. He very gracefully stayed after hours so that she could receive the package. Thank you so much!!!
Do not come here. Waste of time. No parking and this is only for ppl staying at the resort. Google needs be more specific. Ridiculous
Staff were friendly, fast, and professional. We really appreciate how quickly they turned around our prints.
Team is friendly in person but they intentionally do not answer their phone. I let them know this after trying to speak with someone on several different days at all different times. They did not seem concerned. I also tried calling them while in their office, 3 employees were in, no one answered. If you can’t work with them in person, you will not be able to get help.
Completely unwilling to help me ship my package 20 minutes before closing. Lady at the desk had an attitude as soon as I walked in & refused to ship my package. Who does that? You’re FedEx. Go to another location.
