I almost always leave vowing not to go back in this location. THE PITS. Yet, it is on my way to work, so I keep hoping it will change. Horrible customer service- just a waste of time and money most visits. The printers are almost always out of paper or not working, and worse, it's difficult to find someone to care enough to help you with these issues. Computers are slow. Experience gets worse ever time I visit this location.. – I travel over a 5 state area for business and frequently visit Fedex Kinkos locations throughout the 5 states. I live in Nashville, and am forced to use this location frequently. Overall experience at most Kinko locations is an A+, but this seems to get worse with every visit, and I would give it a generous D-. I HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE – I work on West End, so I use them a lot. They have always gone above and beyond to give fast and professional service. On my first week on the job when I was clueless, I was handed a flash drive and simply told that "they (Kinkos) would know what to do". They did. Only once was there an error in a print job and it was immediately redone. An another time, an online order was ready for pickup. They printed it while I waited. Awful – I placed an order for carbon copies of work order forms,basically two different forms totally 800 copies. I went to pick them up 3 days later and they had only one of the forms copied and ready. So it took a total of 6 days to get something finished they had guaranteed to be done over night. Great location sub-par performance at best.

are bad at their jobs. don't go here. go to the 1 on harding. these people are not nice and will not help and will not refund money when you mess up but we all know it's their fault cause they stupid

Poorly run, below average service – I use this this kinko's frequently because it is near my office. 8 times out of 10 something goes wrong when I drop something off there. From the minute you walk into this place there is tension, even in watching how the employees interact. I wouldn't mind it, as long as the work product was done correctly. I will admit that it seems like they are doing a better job lately, but I would still recommend only using them for self service projects or going somewhere else if you have an option.
