The package was in the original manufacturer overpack with correct UN3501 labeling, a complete hazmat shipping declaration with all required 49 CFR data elements, and proper emergency contact information. I have spent more hours on the phone with FedEx trying to ship a properly regulated hazardous material than it takes to complete the full IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) training course.
