Hey TERRANCE, I've been waiting on my package that was supposed to arrive SUNDAY. It was then updated to arrive yesterday and per tracking, my package was on your truck to be delivered. Can you explain why I saw your fedex truck at my complex at 5 pm yesterday but NEVER got my package? Then can you explain why at 7 20 pm you posted that you tried to deliver my package but I "wasn't available"? FedEx has been holding my 2 packages hostage for over a week now because their facilities cannot be bothered to pick up packages from their drop boxes, again, for over a week when this drop box is supposed to be picked up at 5:15 EVERY DAY. I have no way of accessing my packages that are in Fedex's custody. We will no longer be using this company. BEWARE
