FedEx has been holding my 2 packages hostage for over a week now because their facilities cannot be bothered to pick up packages from their drop boxes, again, for over a week when this drop box is supposed to be picked up at 5:15 EVERY DAY. I have no way of accessing my packages that are in Fedex's custody. We will no longer be using this company. BEWARE
Packaged showed delayed to incomplete paperwork. I called the 800 number, person told me to contact the shipper for their store number so FedEx could file a report. This isn’t my fault FedEx lost/damaged/stole my package. They should contact the shipper. Then they proceeded to inform they will not proceed until I do. I contacted the shipper and they told me it’s between me and FedEx “it’s out of their hands”. WTH!!
