The Worst customer service and terrible drivers. My package says “delivered” and has a photo of some other house in god knows where. With another fed ex package in the picture. No chance they are the same address. And can’t seem to get a solution. Or even a call back. How hard is it to read an address

Fedx is the worse delivery service I have ever seen in my entire life they just deliver your packages wherever they want to and I just literally watched them put a package on my doorstep he took a picture marked it as delivered and walked right back on my doorstep and stole my package and when you call customer service all they do is create a ticket and then close it out and you still never receive the missing packages. This is a horrible business and it needs to be closed down immediately

Great workers there, but it’s poorly managed, weak system compared to other terminals. Downfall falls on their workers and gives them a bad look.
