Ditto to what Jason Donnerlly said below: "If I could give zero stars, I would." FedEx claimed a third delivery attempt, but my Ring camera proved otherwise. The app said my package was out for delivery, yet it never arrived. Two customer service reps gave conflicting information—one said it would arrive by 8 PM, the other said it was already on hold at the facility. If I could give zero stars, I would. They say they make attempts when they clearly do not. They will lie straight to your face. I paid for overnight delivery to my home and now will have to pick it up locally myself 3 days later as it must be reprocessed. I don't understand why businesses use this service. They are abysmal. It is simply insane the amount of effort they put in to NOT help you and to LIE to you. I'm extremely disheartened. I feel cheated and I feel lied to. Why do they do this?

Not living in FL full time, we ordered 3 new bar stools for our kitchen and were not going to be there to get them. Had them shipped to the Walgreens in Marco so they could be accepted and signed for. They were going to hold them for us for a couple days until we could get them. The FedEx driver kicked our stools off his truck because he didn’t want to deliver them!! He forged the Terry at Walgreens signature like he delivered them but didn’t!
