This def would be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any mail service. I don’t write reviews but wow my package was due for delivery three days ago all three days. It says it was out for delivery and never showed up and on that Friday I called customer service to get information and they told me to be patient and it will be delivered to on Friday. The drivers don’t knock or ring the doorbell. Got email stating “we tried to deliver your shipment…” which isn’t true at all. No attempt was made. Took the day off work to receive this package as it requires a signature, was in the living room right next to the front door when the so-called “attempt” to deliver was made. No knock, no ringing of the doorbell. How far FedEx has fallen. What a joke. DHL and Lasership are better than FedEx. The managers and supervisors of this place should be ashamed that they hire such garbage ... read more
I have a delivery that I was supposed to receive a week ago, I was called to update my address except there is no update the have the right address driver claimed he cannot find the address. I called they told me the next day between 8am to 8 pm I will receive my package I called off my job for the day package never arrived, so am calling at 7:30 pm I was told the next day so I said I want to pick up my package they gave me and address the next come to that address they told me they don’t do pickup at that location.
