A FedEx delivery driver from Munster facility lied and said I was not home. I was there waiting for him because I needed to show ID for delivery. The truck pulled up, paused long enough to take a photo of my house and drove away. He never got out of his truck. How trifling ! 8.9.25
Poor communication re Sunday delivery. Delivery hrs need to be posted. I usually don't have a problem. And it should be communicated to a customer properly that my location does NOT deliver on SUNDAY
The 2nd time in a month I have had a FedEx package state that it was delivered and it never was.
I no longer am going to accept a business that only offers FedEx as its main shipper. 4 times now, my packages are wrong, not delivered to me, im receiving other people orders. And the addresses are clearly marked. The delivery guy for 93rd ave & Cline Ave Crown Point, ind is awfull.. Get your sh"it together, im switching to UPS
