I don't know why. I hate working with FedEx so much... I swear they're the most incompetent company ever... Every time I call them I feel like I'm dealing with a shipping company that's running a business in 1920... This is 2025. We should be doing a lot better than that and this is miserable. People can't do the simplest things and can't pick up the phone call, especially when they called me to figure out an issue. Their online/phone overseas customer service is just as bad and can't do anything.
