FedEx in our are is by far the worst of any delivery companies. They keep saying they "tried to deliver but nobody was home." and then attempt the next day and do it all over again. Many complaints put in for this Belleville location. If I could rate it a zero, I would.
Disappointed service. You have to wait outside for unknown time. No one response till long time in snow time.
Something is really wrong with this FedEx delivery centre. The delivery drivers here constantly raise " Customer not available or business closed" exception despite not even trying to attempt the delivery. This exception is raised 3- 4 times before the ask you to collect from a collection center. I cannot determine if it is absurd or funny on how they lie and treat their customers. They do not leave door tags and they are probably related to John Cena since neither me nor my cameras can see any FedEx delivery when the except... read more
