What pathetic experience..
Worst customer service ever. No humans to talk to. I think a 5 year old could build a better Bot then FED EX. You guys do realize that we are humans you are dealing with? FED EX is not worth the time or money. Use a different service
As with other reviews, did NOT call ahead to confirm home when delivering, even though emailed instructions said they would... just tried to deliver, failed, then called and said I need to drive 30 min up there to get item, that they won't try again. Bad.
they didnt try calling my phone to deliver …. pretty annoying that i have to drive an hour to pick it up now …. seems like a common issue based on other reviews. really disorganized service over the phone, mixed location hours, can’t directly reach them and have to play phone tag, inaccurate info provided. UPS, Amazon, etc. have all figured it out …. I won’t be using FedEx again.
Worst Courier-Journal in the world. Would not help. Packages late. Very difficult to explain delivery. Will do my best to always avoid FedEx.
