Delivery is a week late. Every person I talk to says theyll hold it at the terminal then tracking shows its on the truck and never delivered
Just use DHL instead. Never had an issue with DHL across dozens of deliveries. Every time I have an order that involves FedEx there is always an issue. Today for instance. Instead of calling to verify the location, they delivered to the wrong location and used an "on file" signature for release. I know they delivered to the wrong location, because I've had a camera trained on my yard and front door all day, they haven't even been by. Can’t get a real person to talk to. You waste several minutes getting the run around on the phone. Another time I was waiting on a package and instead of delivering it they returned to sender and I had to buy the items again and wait even longer for them to arrive..
Made it painless to pick up a package sent to my old address in error
