Federal Express in Nanaimo sucks. Delay in pick up and do not know how to read a shipping label to drop at the correct address. Customer service was next to useless as I could not understand her as her English was so bad. Asked to speak to someone who could speak English better but ignored me. She kept asking me for the address which I gave 4 times but kept asking. Do not use.
FedEx is trash. Like usual. Can’t speak to anyone. Can’t have the package delivered. Don’t waste your efforts with these guys.
Absolutely garbage service. They left a door tag on my door two days ago and never returned. The door tag wont register in the automated service which means they wont connect me with a rep to find my package which the sender paid 157$ to ship. This is absolute bullcrap and this happens all the time with this company.
Should be negative stars. FedEx hit my house going about Mach 1 into my driveway, left a note, and their manager, said he’d take care of the costs - all was good as accidents happen and they admitted to it. Months later, I cannot connect with anyone at FedEx and had to do an insurance claim for repairs. So thanks to FedEx’s outstanding work, it cost me a $1000 deductible. I can’t even get ahold of anyone competent enough to provide me with FedExs insurance details so my insurance can subrogate with them to recoup the costs. ... read more
