I’ve been dealing with an issue shipping a package to the U.S. since April 18th. While most of the customer service representatives I spoke with were kind, my experience today started off frustrating, especially after a phone call with someone who was quite short with me. They don’t leave a small package at my door, so I have to go to this terminal to pick it up. It’s freezing outside and they ask for your 14 digit tracking number through an intercom which has the clarity like most comedy show intercoms. When they finally get the number after several tries, then they say go wait in your car in this huge parking lot and they’ll find you to bring you your package.
